Order Preparation
Once your purchase is confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing your order immediately. We follow strict quality control and packaging standards to ensure that your items are protected throughout transit. The preparation and initial shipping process typically takes 3 to 5 business days, during which we carefully verify your order details, inspect the product for quality, and package it securely.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive two important updates:

A photo of your product in its packaging, as proof that your order has been carefully packed and handed over to the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Because our products are manufactured and shipped internationally, the average delivery time is between 7 and 15 business days after dispatch. While we strive to meet or exceed this timeframe, please be aware that certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. These include postal strikes, customs inspections, seasonal high-volume periods, carrier operational delays, and public holidays that impact transportation networks.
Delivery Process
Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handled by the designated local carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package. The carrier generally makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available during these attempts, your package will be redirected to the nearest post office or carrier facility, where it will be held for 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
Address Accuracy
To avoid delivery issues, it is crucial to provide complete and correct shipping details at checkout. This includes accurate street name, number, postal code, city, and any relevant apartment or suite numbers.
We emphasize that in cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. If the package is returned to us and you wish it to be resent, a new shipping fee of €20.00 will apply. This policy helps us ensure that all customers take extra care in providing accurate delivery information from the start.
Tracking & Updates
Your tracking number allows you to follow your order’s progress from our facility to your doorstep. Updates are provided directly by the carrier, and it may take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become visible in the system. In some cases, depending on the destination country and carrier, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear.
